KAR, PQS, M.Comm., Project Manager and
Chief Estimator Bish
has over twenty- five years of diverse construction
management experience. He got his construction training
and experience mainly in Ontario, Alberta and British
Columbia. He ran many successful construction and
development companies. His expertise includes both
estimating and project management.
Bish has been involved in many major construction
projects of diverse type both in the eastern and
western part of Canada.
He has developed a very good business relationship
with many reputable trade contractors across the
province.
Bish is an active member of Quantity Surveyors of
BC and Canada.
Bish's responsibility includes Estimating, Human
Resources and Project Management.
URMI KAR, Estimator,Project Coordinator
Urmi graduated from Kolkata University, India and has solid training and ample of experience in company administration. She is responsible for Project Co-ordination and administration.
ARUN
KAR, P.Eng., MBA, Project Manager, Mechanical
Graduated from University
of Toronto, Arun is a mechanical engineer who oversees
all the technical aspects of our construction operation.
Arun's valuable experience involves technical aspects
of construction of power generation plants, health
care, schools, recreation centres, seismic upgrades,
infrastructures and many more.
JOSEPH
G. KALMAN, P.ENG., Senior Project Manager Joseph Kalman, a civil engineer
from Concordia University, Montreal, has led team
of owner’s representatives and designers,
from the pre-construction phase through to the completion
of various projects.
Joseph has over 25 years experience in the construction
industry and has managed many multi-million dollars
projects in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba.
